CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you whenever possible. However, if there is not enough time remaining to effectively perform your scheduled service, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be subject to the 50% late/cancellation fee. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If something comes up, please reach out to me directly as soon as possible, and I'll always do my best to work with you.
